Proof of Subscription Activation

To confirm that your subscription has been activated, we will send a screenshot from our panel to your email as proof. This screenshot will show the details of your subscription, including the activation date and expiration date.

IPTV Subscription Activation Timeframe

We aim to activate and send your IPTV Subscriptions within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to contact you if there is any delay in activating your subscription.

Device Information Requirement

To ensure a smooth and efficient activation process, please provide us with your device type when placing your order. This will allow us to activate your subscription in the correct format for your device.

If we do not receive device information in the order notes, we will activate and send an m3u list..

No Refunds for Activated Subscriptions

Once your IPTV subscription has been activated, we are unable to offer any refunds or modifications. This is because we have already fulfilled our obligation to provide you with access to the IPTV service for the agreed-upon period.
